Teppich wurde nie gesaugt und war fleckig und beschädigt. Bad war sauber, die Ausstattung wirkt jedoch alt. Positiv: es gab immer frische, saubere Handtücher und auch die Bettwäsche war immer sauber. Der Müll wurde täglich entleert. Kaffee, Tee, Kekse regelmäßig nachgefüllt plus; es gab frische Milch...

'Urban King room modern,spacious & clean but unfortunately faces the car park..very unappealing. Next day Was upgraded to pool & lake view room..totally different feel. Lots of light and beautiful outlook. Would recommend lake or pool view room and definitely will book again. Restaurant had nice fresh food with a beach vibe & great bar..staff great'

'Location was amazing, pool was great and room was well equipped. On the downside one (of 2) lifts was out of service, and our room TV didn’t work. Overall good value for the price though and I would stay again.'

'So the positives - the hotel itself was in a good location for what we needed, lovely friendly staff and the room was in excellent condition. The not so positive - the hotel uses the club facilities which was handy with restaurants etc close by and the pool if you wanted to but not quite the same as it being part of the hotel (and not a public pool etc).
