'The hotel staff was amazing, helpful, well informed, and well dressed. The common areas were clean and comfortable. The bar could be stocked with more options and better grades of products. Still very clean and excellent service. Food was top notch, great salad and entrees. If I good to Xian I will repeat the stay.'

'I stayed at the Qianna Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower Huimin Street Subway Station) and had a pleasant stay. The location is unbeatable— a short walk to the Line 2 subway station (Zhonglou Station) and a walkable distance to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter. The room features a Chinese-style design that feels both artistic and cozy. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-maintained despite being right in the middle of the city. The hotel provides breakfast which is a nice mix of Chinese options...

'The staff was super friendly. It's too bad they don't have any staff that speaks English but we used Google translate and WeChat translate and it worked out fine. Rooms we're immaculate everyday and roomy. We used the laundry facilities and partook in the sumptuous breakfast and the afternoon tea when we were in the area. And as we checked out, they gave us parting gifts. What a great surprise! I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Xian again and I would highly recommend this...

'The location was ideal for shopping and access to coffee shops, etc. The room was clean and with a convenient sink outside the bathroom. Two bedrooms made it easy to manage our party of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). We usually pack light in order to be able to wash clothes at least once, however, the "washing/drying" machine was not easy to use and didn't quite do what it was supposed to. We ended up hand washing our clothes and letting it air dry. Iron wasn't working, staff was very attentive and...
