With two identical levels (Unit A and B), each featuring an open floorplan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this haven combines a sleek design with the comfort of home. Each unit boasts its own private entrance, kitchen, living space with a fireplace, and covered decks that provide expansive oceanfront views, ensuring ample space and privacy for your group to luxuriate.

The ground floor of Pier Haven features a covered garage with hard to come by premium beach parking with space for 3 vehicles and an oceanside driveway that can accommodate a 30’+ boat/trailer/RV. The shared backyard invites you to barbecue or indulge in beach games in the sand. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, beach essentials, and an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after soaking up the sun.

Unit A on the upper level boasts spectacular indoor and outdoor ocean and pier views. The living area features all-new furnishings, a color-changing fireplace, and a large smart TV. Exit to the covered deck for outdoor dining or revel in the sound of crashing waves and sightings of dolphins. The fully stocked kitchen with a large island is perfect for preparing meals, and the dining area offers mesmerizing ocean views. The first Queen bedroom has access to an oceanside deck, sharing a hallway bathroom with the second Queen bedroom. The spacious master suite includes a King bed, private full bathroom, direct access to the oceanside deck, peek ocean views, and a smart TV.

Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles max.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including bedding, bath, and beach towels – a value of $200-300+! Beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens upon arrival, and fluffy towels will be available. Also included are ten beach chairs, four boogie boards, two adult and three child bikes, a cooler, a stroller, and a beach cart.
