Welcome to Aspen Vista!

Immerse yourself in comfort and style in this beautiful chalet located in the heart of Innsbrook Resort. Meticulously designed with your ultimate vacation in mind, this vacation home boasts all the luxuries of a high-end resort in the privacy of your own home, ensuring a memorable stay for all. This property offers over 1,600 square feet of space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to twelve guests.

As you step through the front door, you and your guests are greeted by an open floor plan adorned with rustic finishes and natural light seeping through the expansive wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. The main level living area features a stone wall fireplace, new couches and recliners, TV, and impeccable views at every angle. Just off of the living area is the fully equipped kitchen outfitted with custom countertops, a breakfast/coffee bar, an air fryer, and stocked with a variety of tools and basic ingredients for your convenience. A dedicated home office nook with high-speed internet and USB ports makes remote work or study easy and efficient.

Tons of entertainment options are located both inside and out! Enjoy challenging your guests to a friendly game of Pacman on the arcade table in the loft, dig into a closet full of board games and puzzles, or head outside to our “Game Zone” (marked with a sign) featuring cornhole, ladder toss, bocce ball, and more. Looking for something unique? Explore our “Story Trail” (also marked with a sign) — a wooded trail where families can follow along with a custom book inside the chalet that leads you on a fun adventure to spot hidden metal animals along the way. After a day of play and exploring, sit back and relax in nature in the gorgeous screened-in porch offering plenty of seating, a TV, and of course, stunning panoramic views of the outdoors. The private deck flows off of the main level through the sliding glass doors and offers additional outdoor seating, while the new custom-built fire pit is the perfect place for stargazing under Innsbrook’s uninterrupted night sky. New outdoor lighting enhances the ambiance for evening hangouts, and the full bocce ball court and cozy hammock section with two hammocks offer even more ways to unwind.

For those looking for adventure, life on the big lake is only moments away! Located near Lake Aspen and sand beaches, explore life on the water with one of our four kayaks, cast a fishing line off the water’s edge, or soak up some sunshine on the nearby beach.

Whether you’re looking for a private weekend escape or a weeklong retreat, this one-of-a-kind dream home is guaranteed to deliver the vacation you’ve been seeking.
