'Very nice room, and spacious. I liked that it was decorated and laid out differently than most hotels. We also enjoyed the bar, and convenient parking. The room was very clean and comfortable.'

'Check in and check out was a disaster! I used Expedia! The price they gave me was 285.00 when I checked in they charged 336.00 lady would give no explanation! When I checked out the guy couldn’t or wouldn’t print a receipt saying I would get on from Expedia. When I got home Holiday Inn charged the 336.00 to my credit card! What in the world is happening'

'We came from Michigan for a concert and the staff were so friendly and helpful! We had a small issue one day getting back into our room because the key scanner thing needed new batteries but they fixed it promptly! The rooms were super clean, beds were comfy, shower was hot, breakfast was great both days. If we’re ever back in Greensboro we will be staying here again!'

'The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and personable. The employee who checked us out was by herself and kept answering phone calls instead of putting them on hold to let us check out. Our room smelled like a wet dog. We were too exhausted from driving hours to get there that we just sucked it up for the night, and I sprayed my Lysol spray. My daughter found 2 empty water bottles under the bed which makes me wonder how clean the room actually was.'

'My family & I enjoyed our stay. My grandsons enjoyed the indoor & outdoor pool, and the 3 of us enjoyed the whirlpool. The evening Kickback was amazing & the morning breakfast was delicious! Staff were very cordial and friendly. We will definitely return again!'

'Overall it was a decent stay. We stayed here because we needed 3 nights without breaking the bank. Breakfast was decent, it served it's purpose. I do not like the incidental hold policy at this location. My card was pending the $100 charge during the stay which was ok. There was a lot of signage regarding the practice of the hold being placed for several days. The charge hard posted to my credit card reducing my available credit for several days after my stay, then a refund was sent to return...
