'Staff was great! Very welcoming & willing to help. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable! Only issue was the spout in the bathroom leaked so it driped all day & night & the WIFI signal was weak . Also the handicap parking is far from the front door. But overall, a great stay! Will definitely stay again when visiting family Lowell.'

'Confortable hotel not too far from Boston (about 30 to 40 mins by car. Te price is much lower than similar hotels in Boston, but also lower than hotels in lower categories. The rooms are well equipped and decorated and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good and was included in my booking'

'It was a quiet space and easy to sleep in. My room had a small kitchenette which was nice to have. Staff replaced a broken ironing board within the hour when I needed it. Breakfast was fresh and had a lot of options including vegetarian. Parking was close by and checking in/out was easy. I got a great recommendation for a cafe (La Greeka) in Lawrence from the front of house staff. '

'The pool was out of order for deep cleaning, and while I got other emails from the property regarding check in they didn’t bother informing anyone the pool was closed until check in. We asked for extra bedding and pillows while we got extra bedding the front desk said they had no extra pillows and only put 2 on each bed. Breakfast was ok, they could have had some fruit toppings for the waffles and some oatmeal options would have been appreciated. They did offer some nice toast options like...

'Our room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The kitchenette was useful. The only complaint was the soap left in the shower from the previous guest, the lack of ports to charge my cell phone, and the drain for the sink.'

'Great place to stop if you're looking to be close to the tri-state area, going to Boston or just road-tripping. The staff were exceptionally kind and offered a microwave as an amenity when we needed one to heat up our leftover food. They even came to bring it. Housekeeping was thorough and rooms smelled clean. 'Dirty room. People outside front door entrance sitting on cement area smoking and drinking beer. Uncomfortable to go by them. Toilet leaked breakfast was a joke. Some muffins and coffee Staff was responsive to request for towels and pots to cook with and utensils.'
