'Great place. Perfect for the 6 of us. Small but functional kitchen, nice outdoor sitting areas, decent beds/mattresses. Location is a little loud as it is in a densely populated residential area and there were a few parties around the place and a few cars screeching and revving the engines late into the night.Overall, a good stay for what we needed - a place to sleep, shower, and make portable meals for the all-day festival we came to experience (The Ramble in Ashburnham).Thank you!!'

'Excellent. Used for overflow from lake accommodations. Great location in "downtown" West Brookfield. An added plus is host owns both units in the duplex so there is room for 13 total (something we took advantage of)'

'We were looking for a place for overflow guests from our lake accommodations. This host's apartments were perfect. (Host owns both apartments in duplex) Added bonus, my outta state guests loved West Brookfield, the quintessential New England town.'

'This is a remarkable place to stay. We visit the area once a year to attend Helen Rennie's cooking classes, and we always stay here each time. Bright, large, airy, and cool in summer, and comfortable! And the books! Seems like your own private library ....'

'Comfortable, well stocked and quiet apartment. Great view of rowers on the Charles. Only about a 10 minute walk to the T in Harvard Square. Off street parking is a huge bonus. Driveway is tight and it could be a problem if there were several cars, but not for us as we mostly left the car. There are two flights of stairs, but they are well lit and manageable. '

'A truely beautiful place. The way that the light filled the space through the many large windows was magnificent. The grounds were expansive, restful, and very walkable. The living space was ample and very comfortable. The absence of a "kitchen" sink required a little ingenuity. We loved it.'

'Check-in and out were very easy. The kitchen was well stocked and everything seemed like it was brand new. The furnishings were comfortable and modern with some unique touches. We would stay again if we come to the area! '

'Check in was easy with very clear and easy to follow directions from the host.The kitchen had everything I needed in the morning and was stocked with many items in the case that I had come empty handed.I asked for a change in room temperature which was handled immediately by the host remotely.The location was two minutes from my destination which was very helpful.'

'Our host was very helpful and communicative, both before and during our stay. He made himself available at all times. Both the house and the neighborhood were quiet—high value for us. The parking was free and off-street. The suite was roomy and pleasantly decorated, and had everything we wanted/needed. The bed was very comfortable! The refrigerator was larger than we expected (“small,” not “mini”). That—combined with the microwave, toaster, Keurig, hot pot, and dishes/utensils—made it possible...

'Fijne ruime woning. Makkelijk in te checken. Kinderen vonden tafeltennistafel leuk. Ligging goed, vlakbij treinstation, dus snel in het centrum van Boston te komen. Nadeel was dat de woning wat vochtig was en de keuken had schoner mogen zijn.'
