This contemporary home offers stylish open-plan living, with a lovely central space comprising a lounge, dining room and kitchen. A soothing coastal colour scheme reminds you that you’re by the sea, while inspiring artwork adds to the overall charm. Two sets of bi-fold doors allow plenty of light in, while comfy sofas create a spot for relaxation after a day of adventure. While you whip up dinner in the modern kitchen, the kids can watch a film on the Smart TV. Spend a day in surfy Croyde (4.5 miles) or visit the historic town of Ilfracombe (5 miles) where you can board a boat to Lundy Island, a haven for puffins. For history, wildlife and easy or challenging walks, Exmoor National Park is only 12 miles away. Any children in your party will love a trip to Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (11 miles), the Watermouth Castle theme park (9 miles) or The Big Sheep (20.5 miles).

- You may book the pool/sauna, gym or EV charging pod up to two weeks ahead of your arrival by contacting the Guest Service Team

- The shared facilities (swimming pool, gym and sauna) are closed Christmas Day & Boxing Day, with regular opening hours being 9am - 5pm during low season and 8am - 6pm during high season (subject to change). Indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna- are pre-bookable with one hourly time slots only
