'My stay at TownePlace Suites Tuscaloosa University Area was unfortunately very disappointing. The first night, I noticed a slight odor coming from the bed but tried to overlook it. By the next morning, I could no longer ignore it and requested either fresh sheets or housekeeping assistance. Since housekeeping was unavailable at the time, I picked up clean sheets and changed the bed myself. When I removed the sheets, I saw that the mattress protector appeared clean and had no visible stains or...

Only thing I wish was that the pool area wasn’t basically in the parking lot and that access for the pool should’ve had a different entrance instead of main lobby. But that’s ok for what I dealt with at the other place! I just needed a clean place and this was it.'

'Excellent place to stay. Right on campus, centrally located, spotless comfortable…easy parking, nice breakfast venue and good complimentary coffee. I wish pool area opened earlier as it would have been a nice spot to drink coffee in the morning. Very nice pool area.'
