'Nice clean room and staff was very friendly'

'There were multiple issues with the hotel. Some were outside of their control such as the power outage and the hour check in time from down systems after the power came back. There was only hot water on half of the time during my 3 day stay. The room cleaning was very minimal if they came in at all. On a positive note, the hotel has a very nice fitness center and the front desk staff were friendly.'

'The hotel itself was nice however, the breakfast buffet that you pay for in your reservations on the site is not. And it is not kid friendly when you’re traveling with a nine and 10-year-old. Will not be back.'

'Annoying employee crossed a line in the pool area thinking she can tell me how to parent my children. They were jumping in the pool. No signs posted that they can’t. Diving and jumping feet first are 2 different things. They respectfully stayed from people while doing it. Employee explains to children they can’t and then came to speak to us. Despite disagreeing, we intended to do as she said. We acknowledged and told her we’d handle it. Employee continued to stand behind us hoovering until...

'Very clean, comfortable beds but flat pillows. No onsite staff. We had to check in and out by video. Very thin walls, we were awakened by amorous sounds at 6 in the morning. Not what we are used to.'

It was off putting when you are made to feel that it was our fault and we were an inconvenience that we had to wait for our room to be ready. I can't fault the cleanliest or the accommodations they were great. '
