This stylishly furnished ground-floor studio offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The combined living and sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (1.80 m × 2.00 m) and modern amenities. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower. A fully fitted kitchen provides all the conveniences needed for self-catering, making the studio ideal for both short stays and extended holidays.

The peaceful location in Wöhrden makes the studio a perfect base for cyclists, nature lovers, and anyone wishing to explore the diverse landscapes of Schleswig-Holstein’s west coast by car. Free parking is available directly at the property.

A House with History

The history of the Kesselhaus stretches back many decades. In 2003, the property at Chausseestraße 12 became part of the Kinias family through the acquisition of the SCHEER company. The former blacksmith’s workshop was demolished, while the residential building was preserved and given a new purpose. The front section was used to display heating boilers manufactured by SCHEER, giving rise to the name “Kesselhaus” (“Boiler House”) – a new identity for a place with a long and rich past.

When the building faced the choice between demolition and preservation in 2024, the Kinias family consciously decided in favor of an extensive restoration project. Today, the Kesselhaus has been transformed into a modern accommodation facility featuring five contemporary studios for holiday guests, motorhome travelers, training participants, and business partners of SCHEER.

Where bicycles were once repaired and engines maintained, guests now find peace, comfort, and an ideal starting point for discovering the North Sea coast. To this day, the Kesselhaus tells a story of transformation, movement, and the joy of arriving.
