« Nous avons couché à votre hÎtel 3 soirs et personne n'est venu faire le ménage de notre chambre de la Fin de semaine.
Lorsque j'ai appelĂ© Ă la rĂ©ception on m'a rĂ©pondu que c'Ă©tait parce l'Ă©criteau Do Not Disturb Ă©tait sur la porte alors que ce n'Ă©tait pas le cas et que dans ce cas ils ne font que changĂ© les serviettes et vider les poubelles, mais ils n'ont mĂȘme pas changĂ© les serviettes et vider les poubelles nous n'avons jamais vĂ©cue quelque chose de semblable. »

« Staff was great. Clean room. Apparently it was a hockey weekend and kids were running up and down the stairs, hallways up above the rooms in a very difficult to relax. That was my agenda with my daughter was to relax. My daughter is autistic and I was way too stimulating for her. No, I didnât stipulate that she was autistic. Didnât know I had to and I shouldnât have to but that to no one quiet times are 30 below zero kids are in the pool running out the door, half naked and in and out. »
