Appartementen in Winterset

'Good location near shops and highway.'

'We stayed at the Flux apartments in downtown. Our accommodation was exceptional in all respects. Thank you for your hospitality!'

'Perfect spot for my needs. I am a retired traveler, and this place had everything I needed. The photos are accurate, the apartment was very clean, and everything worked properly. It is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and nightlife within walking distance (the Thai restaurant in the building was a huge bonus). It is in walking distance of the Capitol Building, the sculpture garden, and Gray's Lake. It is on a major surface road, but there was zero noise in the apartment....

'Easy access to drake university was great'

'Clean and comfortable apartment.Would suggest a nonslip bath mat as the bath is slippery. And some real clothes hangers.Parking was frustrating at times as I had to park 2-3 blocks away.'

'Location was right downtown. Easy access to highway and activities. The accommodations were not fancy, but adequate for my needs. Has a full kitchen. There was a coffee maker, but there were no coffee cups. There is a large closet, but no dresser for your personal items. The bed room is small, only enough room for the bed and night stand. Had a hot shower. Would stay again'
