Welcome to this thoughtfully stylish experience centrally located in downtown Winter Park. While this chic studio home is the perfect getaway for you and the family, it’s location makes it easy for you to get around.

You are only:

1.5 hours from Denver airport
2 minutes away from the Winter Park Resort
Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars.
40 minutes to Grand Lake

Guest access
Free covered parking for up to 2 vehicles. Keep in mind that the covered parking can become quickly filled in the winter season, however, there is parking in front of the building. We’re located on the 3rd floor which does have elevator accessibility. The unit can be accessed by door code which will be available through VRBO at check-in time.

Other things to note
Our unit is located in the historic Snowblaze property. Think vintage old school ski lodge vibe, however, the beauty lies within the actual unit.

Keep in mind that there is no AC in unit. This is a mountain climate and AC’s are rarely in homes. In the event that it’s hot in the summer, we suggest leaving the windows open and allowing the cold night breeze to enter the home. We can also provide standup fans.

Lastly, after a long day of skiing or hiking, you have access to the grounds two hot tubs, indoor heated pool, and gym. In the summer months there is a shared roof deck with a grill, lounge chairs and fire pit for the cool summer nights.

The host Mark was great, very helpful and responsive. The location was excellent, walking distance to lots of restaurants and close to bus stop. The condo was very clean, comfy and had everything we needed for a fun stay.

Great communication from the host. The unit was as advertised and worth the price. The unit unfortunately was far from clean. It appeared as though the Cleaning Service before us did a very incomplete job. Literally jelly on the countertop and the floor was filthy. we had to sweep the whole entire unit. Also, the pool and hot tub was extremely dirty as though it had not been maintained in quite a long time. We did not even feel comfortable getting in the water. It was so gross.

Perfect Off-Resort Property

Fantastic stay! We opted to stay off-resort this trip, and we're very happy with our decision. We wanted to walk around WP to shop and eat, while staying at somewhere beautiful and walkable. This place was it! The first day, I didnt have anough patience to figure out the buses, so we paid a premium to park on resort Immediately, there were regrets. The buses pick up RIGHT outside the condo and drop off/pickup right as you get on and off the gondola/slopes--even closer than the parking lots--and theyre FREE! The place itself was beautiful and quiet, we used the hot tubs, which were great after skiing. We also used the laundry machines, just be sure to have change in hand! Lockers downstairs in the garage were so great to keep our ski gear in. Thanks so much!

We had a fantastic stay at this Winter Park property! The location couldn’t be better—just a short drive to the slopes, making it super convenient for skiing. The home itself was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect retreat after a day on the mountain. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

The studio was clean, and modern. We loved the fire pit and roof top hangout that was in the facility. We walked everywhere. Everything is so close and accessible. I will stay here every time we travel to Winter Park!!!

Nice unit, but ...

... the elevator was out of service and 4 flights of walk-up at Winter Park's 9150' altitude, with luggage, was challenging to this old guy who lives at sea level. But the Unit was great, and a nice walkable location.

Amazing Studio!

Was a bit hesitant to rent a studio given we are a family of 3 but it worked out perfectly. The condo is very spacious and the Murphy beds are comfortable. The place is immaculate and very well decorated. Super convenient to the free shuttle and just a short walk to great restaurants. The owner is super responsive. I highly recommend this place!

This property is small but so effecient. The pictures accurately reflect the cozy, warm and friendly environment. Furnished with all the basics, good pans, sharp knives, nice dinnerware. Just a short walk to great places to have a drink or dinner.
