Bi-fold doors open directly from the kitchen onto a fully enclosed, courtyard furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation. Guests also have direct access to the shared paddock, ideal for picnics or dog walking. Off-road parking is available for one car, with a second space usually available on request.



The property is well located for visiting local highlights including Wimborne Minster, Badbury Rings, Moors Valley Country Park and the New Forest National Park. Situated close to the Dorset–Hampshire border and the scenic Cranborne Chase, the area is perfect for walking and cycling enthusiasts. For shops, cafés and local amenities, the market towns of Wimborne and Ringwood are within easy reach, while the sandy beaches of Bournemouth and Poole make for an excellent day trip.
