Upstairs, you'll find three more distinct bedrooms: one queen bedroom with its own ensuite, and two additional bedrooms—one with a queen and pull-out twin, the other with two twin beds—sharing a generous Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

With two queen-size beds, and full size bath, this spacious studio is perfect for additional guests or family members seeking a bit of extra privacy. The cozy seating area, complete with a TV, provides a comfortable space to unwind, while the small kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare light meals or snacks.

Tucked away on the property, the cozy cabin offers a secluded retreat, providing a perfect balance of privacy and connection to the main grounds. This charming 1-bedroom home comfortably sleeps four, with a luxurious king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Outside, there is an expansive screened-in porch, a private 2nd hot tub and a firepit. Though separate from the main house, the cabin feels like its own little haven, offering a peaceful and private hideaway.

―THINGS TO KNOW - Please read before you book―
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. You will receive a code for keyless check 2 days before your arrival. We are only able to offer an early check in if there is not a booking before yours as it takes time for our cleaners to prepare and restock the home for each stay. For this reason, we are also not able to offer a late check out when we have guests checking in the same day.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT: We kindly ask all guests to sign a separate rental agreement after booking. This helps us protect both you and our property, making sure everything is in order for your stay. We’ve kept the agreement simple and straightforward, and we’re happy to answer any questions you might have about it.
CLEANLINESS: We put our heart and soul into ensuring the space is sparkling clean and ready for your stay! We invite you to make yourself at home and show our space the same love and care you would your own. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to keep it pristine for every guest, and we're excited for you to enjoy it! Just a friendly heads-up, any cleaning beyond the ordinary might incur an extra charge.
MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK: You must be at least 25 years of age to book at Luna Rio. A photo of your government ID is required after booking and we will require you to sign a rental agreement.
WELL & SEPTIC: Our home offers the charm of rural living with the convenience of proximity to local attractions. As we rely on well and septic systems, we gently remind guests to be mindful when using sinks and bathrooms. For those not accustomed to well water, you might occasionally notice a sulfur scent. Rest assured, this is completely harmless, and our filters and water softeners are designed to minimize any odors, although a hint of it may still linger at times.
CRITTERS: Our house is in the beautiful Texas countryside, and like many homeowners around here, we have regular pest control to keep critters and bugs at bay. However, every now and then, a few might sneak in. It's pretty rare, but we just wanted to give you a heads-up that it's part of country living!
DAMAGE PROTECTION: Your booking includes coverage for accidental damage during your stay, because we understand that sometimes things happen. We kindly ask that you let us know if anything is damaged, so we can take care of repairs or replacements as needed.
INSURANCE: Given the unpredictable nature of our world, we strongly suggest considering travel insurance to safeguard against any unexpected events. Our cancellation policy is firmly in place, so insurance can offer you peace of mind and protection. ―FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS―
Q: What is the max number of overnight guests?
A: Luna Rio comfortably accommodates up to 17 overnight guests with the existing bed layout. We do allow up to 4 additional guests, who can be accommodated on air mattresses, for a fee of $60 per person, per night. This additional fee helps cover the added wear and tear, increased cleaning costs, and other expenses associated with hosting larger groups. Your larger group must be communicated before booking.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: We absolutely adore pets and are happy to be a pet friendly home. The max amount of pets on the property during reservation are 2 and they must be on the reservation so that the pet fee is appropriately added. This fee covers the additional cleaning involved in hosting pets and goes directly to our cleaners. You must also abide by our pet rules.
Q: Can I host an event or celebration at Luna Rio?
A: Our property offers a beautiful setting for memorable events, and we’re happy to consider hosting yours! All events require pre-approval, with details on the type of event, event fee (starting at $500), and event insurance. For groups over 20 guests, an additional $25 per guest fee applies, subject to adjustment based on the event’s nature. Please reach out with your plans, and we’ll gladly discuss options to ensure everything runs smoothly. Kindly note that unapproved events are strictly prohibited and will incur a fine.
