Each of the three cottages—Music (Cottage 7), Sports (Cottage 8), and Travelers (Cottage 9)—features two beautifully appointed bedrooms with plush queen beds, a spacious bathroom with an extra-long vanity and tiled walk-in shower, and a living area complete with a comfy “flip-flop” sofa sleeper, a cozy club chair, and a wall-mounted streaming TV. Whether you're relaxing indoors or enjoying a glass of wine on your front porch rocking chair, these cottages are designed with comfort and connection in mind.

Kitchens include a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a dining table that seats up to six—perfect for simple meals or morning coffee before a day of Hill Country adventures. Each cottage has its own unique rustic-modern style with playful, themed decor—from vintage instruments and sports memorabilia to globetrotting treasures.

Outside, guests in Cottage Group 7–9 enjoy exclusive use of the central firepit area (BYO firewood, when burn bans are not in effect), with Adirondack chairs perfect for storytelling under the stars. Just steps away is the community pickleball court, shared with other guests of RusTx Ranch. The property is part of a small, family-friendly community featuring nine cottages, a log home, and an event barn that can be rented separately.
