―FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS― Q: What is the max number of overnight guests? A: Luna Rio comfortably accommodates up to 17 overnight guests with the existing bed layout. We do allow up to 4 additional guests, who can be accommodated on air mattresses, for a fee of $60 per person, per night. This additional fee helps cover the added wear and tear, increased cleaning costs, and other expenses associated with hosting larger groups. Your larger group must be communicated before booking.
Q: Are pets allowed? A: We absolutely adore pets and are happy to be a pet friendly home. The max amount of pets on the property during reservation are 2 and they must be on the reservation so that the pet fee is appropriately added. This fee covers the additional cleaning involved in hosting pets and goes directly to our cleaners. You must also abide by our pet rules. Q: Can I host an event or celebration at Luna Rio? Fantastic, Immaculate, Beautiful, Comfortable Home! I have rented a lot of VRBOs in this area, and this one was by far the most well stocked home I have stayed in. Every little detail----was very much appreciated by our group of 11 women. We were all impressed by all the extra things this house offered. Enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back next year.

Luna Rio is a fabulous property! Plenty of room to socialize in and out of the main house. The expansive grounds provide plenty of options to play outdoor games. The real treat is access to the Blanco River, which at normal flow rates, gives everyone opportunities to wade and swim. Jen, the property host, answers all questions very promptly. Top-notch vacation destination!

This property is absolutely stunning. We stayed here for our wedding and even had a small reception here. The property was the perfect set up for the party. It's spacious, very well maintained, and had everything we needed. This place is perfect for family gatherings, parties, and vacations! The hosts were very easy to communicate with. We had an issue one night and they answered their phone and helped us resolve it very quickly. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this beautiful riverfront property! The house was cozy, clean, and so nicely decorated. The beds were super comfortable, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day. Jennifer was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great — close to shops and activities, but still peaceful and private. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing getaway!
