'Beautiful place. We enjoyed our stay with our dog. Amenities were great. Food was delicious.'

'Front desk staff was very friendly but hotel is old, not maintained and not clean'

'The male front desk were extremely helpful and kind; when I returned after check in letting them know the room smelled of smoke he apologized and put me in another room on the third floor. Room was clean, but next to the housekeeping supply room where there was constant banging. On the contrary regarding good customer service, my experience with the female staff and housekeeping manager was negative. I had requested no housekeeping on my stay due to I go to bed at 5 AM and want to sleep in past...

'Great hotel overall. Pool could use some renovations.'

'You could not ask for a nicer quiet B&B and the hosts were amazing. You will be all by yourself as they only host one couple at a time. On Cottage Lake the facility is warm and friendly, and a little dated with the layout. It's private and breakfast is served at whatever time you want, and it's excellent! A very nice getaway that seems away from everything but only half hour-40 minutes or so from Seattle. '

'Hotel eerder geschikt voor doorreis of zakenreizen. Geen restaurant in hotel. Wij wisten dit waardoor het geen probleem was.'
