    Juste distance de marche de grands restaurants et charme de la plage souhaitable. 4C est complètement mis à jour et un excellent endroit pour passer vos vacances. Les locataires partagent le confort de la belle piscine et des marches menant à la plage. Cette suite peut accueillir 6 personnes, avec un lit de taille, 2 lits jumeaux, un canapé-lit et tous les équipements dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.

Find a different rental agency

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property clearly has many personal touches that make it feel homey. You get the sense that the owners are probably nice people. The kitchen could use some updating, but it was very well equipped. Given that we were there in January the location didn't mean much, but it's certainly well located next to the small commercial district. However, there were some things that needed to be fixed. I informed Intracoastal of the issues upon our departure, including the fact that I spent $100 on a foam mattress cover (the bed was really hard). I heard nothing from management, not even a thank you for identifying some deficiencies that would clearly impact future renters. Further, what I pointed out may have prevented a future leak from developing or an electrical issue from getting worse. So kudos to the owners. Intracoastal? Never again.

Location! Location! Location!

The location of this property is perfect. Building is on the beach with gorgeous beach views. Access to the beach and pool is fantastic. Short walk across the street for coffee, lunch, and dinner and an ice cream shop nearby. This building is in about the center of the island. Very easy access to the causeway to cross right over to Wilmington. Close to shopping. We stayed during the end of December, so parking was plentiful and we never had to wait for the elevator. We checked in at 4:00 and there were plenty of luggage carts to choose from. Pros for this particular unit: comfortable size for family of 4. Living room furniture and rug seem new and clean. Sounds of the ocean are a nice volume with all doors and windows closed. Did not hear noise from surrounding units. Cons for this unit: this unit was not spotless. The stove-top had smear marks. The top of the refrigerator was dusty. The shower heads had soap scum on them. The track to the shower door of the "kids" bathroom has soap scum as well. There was some type of dirt around the vent above the dining area. Dust on the top of the bedroom mirror. The sliding doors did not close all the way - large gap on the bottom. Thankfully there are no bugs in the winter, but if this had been summertime, I would have definitely been concerned about bugs entering the unit. Hallway and bedroom rugs are not new and are fraying in the hallway. Not all lightbulbs were working in the kitchen. We did not even attempt to use the dishwasher. It does not have a stainless steel interior and appeared rotted. We did not trust to use it, so we hand washed the few cups and dishes we used. The outlets are old - the outlets themselves are the old yellowish color but the outlet plates are bright white. Updated the look but not the actual outlets. The master bathroom - the toilet and shower are separate from the double sink area. The toilet and shower room is very small with its own door. The shower has a shower curtain. The double sink area does not have any privacy. Overall, great location and unit served its purpose. My family is definitely particular about things. We didn't pick up on these details from the photos. And we booked very last minute. We had a fantastic vacation, but will not choose this unit when we return. If you do rent this unit, rent directly from Intracoastal Realty to avoid the VRBO fee.

Very clean, well stocked, and great location

The property was great, exactly as advertised, in a great location for the Festival, Flotilla and fireworks. The only thing we would have liked is to know that paper products were our own responsibility. If it was advertised we missed it and then had an issue because the stores were closed for the Thanksgiving holiday. Everything worked out in the end and we would definitely return. Thanks for providing so many comforts of home!

Wrightsville Beach is a gem!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this unit last minute to give Wrightsville Beach a try. The location. At Station One is supreme if you want to be walking distance to all the bars shops and restaurants in the central beach area. The building is an old high rise with decently maintained grounds. The pool was open but cold due to October and not being heated. The beach access is great. The elevator carpet is smelly and soiled, plug your nose. The unit overall is in good shape with all you need for a comfortable stay. Great back patio view of the beach and front view of the Intracoastal. The furniture carpeting bathrooms and beds need updated but the test and internet are great! Free Parking is great and ample as the whole island is pay to park. Overall a great place to enjoy all Wrightsville Beach and the Wilmington area have to offer. Kohls Ice cream, Station 7 and Vitos pizza are a must!

It kept flipping the breaker. Couldn't heat up any left overs from dinner. Our family eats left overs for lunch. :) No complaints about the rental company. Intracoastal was "Johnny on the Spot". They sent a plumber and an electrician shortly after I called them. The hot water wasn't working in the bathroom, it just needed adjusted. They couldn't do anything about the microwave until they talked with the owners, so we did without during the week. However, it was Sunday! The response from them (even though it was a weekend) was wonderful!

Perfect location in Wrightsville Beach!

This was our first visit to Wrightsville and we loved the convenience of being able to easily walk across the street to get coffee or dinner. The condo view and beach were stunning, the furniture was all very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed, too.

Tennis court was under construction, but we found nice courts at the nearby municipal park. Pool deck was great and it did open for swimming mid-week. The single serve Keurig was a disappointment, we like a whole pot of coffee in the morning. The old percolator pot was too messy to use[minor issue]. Kitchen had basic spices,EVOO, vinegar,etc. Had great dinners at South Beach Grill[on the island,across the street] and Blue Water Grill[5 minute drive]. Wonderful vacation, Thanks!

The views of the beach and ocean are incomparable and the evenings were all we could have asked for. This property is close to restaurants and a grocery store and we never had to leave the island. There was a wonderful .fish market down on the bay that provided us with truly fresh catches every day. I would recommend this vacation to anyone who needs to get away

Lovely holiday!

We had a wonderful time! The management was fantastic!! Perfect location!!! The condo was clean and super cute. The photos do not do it justice. We would absolutely book here again. The furniture is starting to wear. If I were the owner I would start saving for a few items. New living room furniture. The chair is the main one I would replace after this season and then the sofas in a year or so. Microfiber wears great! The TVs are not smart and that was a small issue. But a quick fix with a stick. The twin beds seem very old and small for a twin bed setting. The king has an egg crate on it but also needs to be replaced soon. All in all it was a great time and perfect location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Owners are very nice and very accommodating to let us have a DVR and Big 10 network for the 6 weeks we were there. Kitchen is well equipped. Could use a coffeemaker that has auto off. Master bedroom, balcony, dining areas are comfortable. Showers drip and holes are plugged. Single beds are uncomfortable. Pillows need replacing. Living room sofa is broken down and uncomfortable. Other furniture is close behind. Poor lighting in living room. Hard to read there. Door lock did not work for the first 3 weeks we were there. 3 weeks is too long to not be able to lock the place. Don’t think inspections are being done.

Fall Break Trip

Very easy to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Best stocked kitchen in a vacation rental we have ever seen and the beach access, elevator access, and abundant parking made everything easy. The direct beach front deck access from the living room and master bedroom is the best part of this floor plan and the very comfortable furniture on the deck allowed for curling up with a book in comfort all day. We have rented multiple times over the years from Intracostal Realty and their management team is always fantastic. Our child is now attending UNCW and lives about 10 minutes from this condo so we plan to come back to visit him often and hope to stay in this same condo again.

Missing a coffee maker (only a Keurig) but rental agency had one to me literally in minutes. Awesome service! Always enjoy the location and the pool. Restaurants are within walking distance. Had a very nice week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location. Condo was decorated great. Trouble getting key out of locks all over property. There should be a place where you can leave your beach chairs and other beach property that you buy, for the next person vacationing so they can use it and pay it forward.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great and recently renovated. Best stocked condo I have ever seen. Only problem was the showers. The master bath shower does not work properly and does the tub does not drain while showering. The other shower head is not adjustable and is quite hard on the body. Other than that, all was great.
