'Room was actually in another building across the parking lot, so not very friendly for the pool or breakfast! Was not informed of this until check-in. Property was run down, dirty & outdated. Television internet did not work well. I would not stay here again.'

'Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer.'

'We got an upgrade to a bigger room and it was amazing. Only there 2 nights but swam at the pool and the fire and ice bar was great. Ate at the HK restaurant and food was delicious and great service. It's an older establishment but well maintained. We didn't use but they had a gaming room and a movie theater which I thought was a great addition for the kids.'

'Our first room smelled terribly of smoke and whatever they sprayed to try to cover up the smell. We requested a different room. Second room was better but still smelled musty and the pillows need to be replaced because of smell. Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate as much as they could.'
