« Liked how the staff upgraded us and were responsive to our feedback. Liked the bed and linen, and how, mostly, the apartment was clean. Liked how Oulton Broad North railway station was walkable, and how room 11 has a parking space - if hard to find and quite tight. The place was good value. Not so good: There was a stained grey rug in the living area that needs replacing. We didn’t have a tea towel or oven gloves until we asked. There was no bath mat - and not enough hooks to hang towels on. »

« Lovely room, with a beautiful view. The added binoculars to watch shipping was a great touch. There were some problems around check-in (not Bon Ami's fault) and Nicci was fantastic in sorting them out (do contact them direct if you haven't heard back from them via Expedia). On street parking can be tricky. There is a car park nearby, but you will probably have to pay unless you're in and out between 8pm-8am. « AVOID THIS HOTEL — unless you’re looking for a hotel full of dogs! My partner and I stayed here for two nights for a business trip and unfortunately had a terrible experience. Our room was not clean at all. There was dog hair, marks and stains on the carpet, dirty facilities, a water jug that hadn’t been cleaned properly, a kettle full of limescale and marks on the bedding.
