This cozy brick cottage is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen equipped with all the essentials for everyday cooking needs, a comfortable living room, and a deck off the house with built-in benches, a grill, and access to the sloping back yard. You'll also find laundry units and table games in the basement, just off the kitchen!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home. Entry is through the front door using a unique key code. Access to the home is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.



We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
