'Very Clean and Nice Room! Breakfast was Good!'

'This hotel is directly across from the hospital, and I could leave the car there and walk over instead of parking in the hospital garage. That was much less walking for me. Even crossing across traffic required little waiting. The breakfast was nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. The only negative comments I have are 1) the toilets were low to the floor (hard for older people and tall people) and 2) there was nothing in the room to charge electronics....

'We stayed here for 2 nights in a comfortable suite. The property was very pleasant, as were the staff. Parking was easy and safe. Strange that a hotel of this class doesn't have a bar or restaurant though. I know they offer a glass of wine in the evening, but having to walk 10 minutes to find somewhere to go for a nightcap we found unusual. Feels more like a wedding venue than a full-service hotel. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. 'Clean lobby and room and check in desk attendant allowed us to check in early which was great. However, outside galleries, stairs etc. are in horrible shape. Only remnants of safety strips on stairs remain and it was a “Where’s Waldo” event to find an ice maker. Pungent weed odor at stairwells so you could not avoid it. Busy weekend in Winston Salem so we were pleased to find a clean room but never again.'

'Great property..neat, clean, great breakfast! And Rachel checked us in, and she was sweet, kind, efficient, very personable. What an asset to your team!☺️'
