'Our stay was disappointing. Before arrival, we received a virtual key, but only I had access to it. That meant my husband couldn't enter the room unless he had my phone, and there was no staff available - only a dimly lit room with a dead plant. Parking was confusing. We paid using the QR code in the parking lot, only to be told later by the only employee we saw during our two-day stay that we should have used a different QR code inside the building, costing us an unnecessary $25.
