"The house was as described, clean, easy to access to nearest towns. It was about 45 to 50 minutes to Hamburg. They had a lovely cat which treated as on our arrival and when we left. The house is on the river which made our holiday superb. We had our tea every morning in the garden. The house was warm, had a great bath and a modern kitchen."

"It is a really fabulous historic building that has been restored to it's former glory. The apartment is on the upper floor and covers the whole floor. So it is latge and comfortable with a small backyard looking balcony. We really enjoyed our stay. A backery is just around the corner and downtown Elmshorn just a few minute walk away. The Hosts are very friendly and welcoming and accommodating. Could not have asked for better hosts. We loved it!"

"Die Lage ist optimal für Spaziergänge an der Elbe (Haus liegt direkt am Deich) und ausgedehnte Radtouren durch die Obstfelder. In dem sauberen Haus ist alles nötige vorhanden. Nur der Eingang zur kleinen Küche ist mit ca. 1,60m sehr niedrig. Sie entspricht eher einer Kombüse auf dem Schiff, doch bei dem Namen des Hauses "Zwischendeck" passt das natürlich. Ein Sessel im Wohnzimmer hätte uns auch gefallen. Aber wir haben uns dort trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt (bis auf die Blessuren am Kücheneingang)."

"Die Ferienwohnung kann man mit "Klein aber Fein" betiteln. Sehr saubere, liebevoll Eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Zur Ausstattung gehört alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Kleine Nettigkeiten und Leckereien waren einen Überraschung und versüßten den Aufenthalt. Frau Maaß und Herr Maaß sind sehr symbaphatisch und überaus Hilfsbereit. "Great service only minor points were the sheets felt a bit scratchy and they only had one ironing board and it would be fab to have a small coffee set up in the room but they did provide water in a large bottle and I got a free coffee at reception when I left as I had missed breakfast. Would recommend. Very quiet and clean. I slept very well - bar the scratchy sheets (but very clean!). "

"It is right on the Elbe River with easy cheap service to the Hamburg harbor and downtown area. The cruise and container ships pass your window and if you like to stay in your room you have a beautiful view of their comings and goings. The Rilano Hotel is my favorite of all Hamburg Hotels. The breakfast is sumptuous and the staff very friendly. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!"
