Living room has enough seating for the whole family! We've provided a 50" Smart TV & board games. Just off the living room is a desk should you need to work during your stay.

There is a patio located off of the dining room that opens onto a nice-sized fenced-in yard. Responsible pet owners are welcome! It’s more fun traveling with the whole family. Please let us know about your dog when booking. We ask that you kennel your dog when unattended and to please keep them off beds and furniture.

The smart TV allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided.

You can expect a clean, fully equipped space, and responsive communication from your host.

** Please note, guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.
