We were there because of the death of a family member and needed extra time to check out at the end of our stay. They were so kind and respectful of our needs. 'the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were nice and large with nice beds. staff was disinterested, breakfast for $18 was nothing and was cold, no yogurt or fruit. 3 days in a hotel and no care in the room, trash can not emptied, bed not made and no towel change. '

'Heel mooi hotel, en als je het sofa bed niet nodig hebt, prima! Maar de bedbank is echt het slechtste bed ooit. Daar is niet op te slapen. Bij ons waren ook de dekens voor de slaapbank niet aanwezig. De receptie zou tot 9 uur open zijn, maar daar was om 8.45 al niemand meer. Door te bellen kregen we een antwoord service die melde dat dit geen noodgeval was dus dat ze niets konden doen. Uiteindelijk is toch iemand nog dekens komen brengen, dus dat was wel fijn. Verder is het een prachtige...
