Great Stay
Our family stayed here for about a week to enjoy the area. It was during a heat wave so the air conditioning was key. It’s not central air but there’s a unit in each bedroom and the living room. Individual A/C units like this are loud but kept us cool. The unit in the living room had a chirping noise so we turned it off when we were there. We cooked meals in the kitchen and we used the community grill on the rooftop patio. I didn’t remember seeing any info that the checkin desk closed at 10:30pm which would’ve been nice to know. I left a message that afternoon with the front desk asking this question and never got a call back. I also asked the question to the host using the app and didn’t hear back until the next morning. We arrived about 10:35pm after the rodeo. We could see the ladies still at the checkin desk through the window but they wouldn’t look up at us or help us. The security guard talked with us and went inside to get our keys. Overall, we really enjoyed the place. The little grocery store downstairs and other summer mountain activities on the property were convenient. At 10am, we could ride the free gondola to the coffee shop and back. We would go back!
