Streaming services are available - must log into your own accounts.

Guests must climb down a flight of stairs to access this home.

The spiral staircase may not be well suited for those with mobility issues. (Both bedrooms are located on the lower floors.)



Hot Water Notice (Helpful for Families)



The condo has a 50-gallon water heater, which works best for 3–4 people at a time. Since the home sleeps up to 8, we recommend spacing out showers and appliance use to keep everyone comfortable.



CHECK-IN: 



4:00 PM or later. (Early check-in MUST be pre-approved by PTARMIGAN VILLAGE Management in advance) (an additional fee may apply)



CHECK-OUT: 



10:00 AM or earlier. (Late check-out's MUST be pre-approved by PTARMIGAN VILLAGE Management in advance) (an additional fee may apply)







PAYMENTS: 



50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking.  



All balances must be paid in full 14-days before your scheduled check-in day. 

The total balance of the reservation will be due at the time of booking if your scheduled arrival date is within 14-days of the booking date. 

If the reservation is booked through Airbnb, VRBO, Home Away, Booking.com, etc.100% of the total booking charges are due at the time of booking or follow that site's terms and conditions.



Cancellation Policy: 





Guests may receive a refund of the total booking amount minus the credit card processing fee if the cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Reservations canceled within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.



Please note: Ptarmigan Village is unable to issue refunds or prorated refunds due to travel disruptions or delays, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, flight interruptions, or health-related issues. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available for an additional fee.
