Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests with five bedrooms and six beds. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bath with a soaker tub and heated floors. A second bedroom includes a king-split bed and a private balcony. Another bedroom offers a twin bunk bed ideal for kids. Two additional lower-level bedrooms each include a king-split bed, wardrobe, and ensuite. Thoughtful touches like extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage ensure a comfortable stay.

The top floor is designed for quiet rejuvenation, featuring a steam room, dry sauna, and yoga room equipped with mats and a Bose sound system. It’s a warm, restorative space to stretch or unwind after long ski days.

You’ll have insuite laundry, heating, portable fans, wifi, a dedicated workspace, and home safety essentials including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. A private entrance and smart lock support smooth self check-in. Parking includes a single-car garage with gear storage and boot warmers, plus additional space in the driveway.
Seasonal ski access
Intermediate skiers can reach the Lower Olympic run via a seasonal access trail ending in the Northern Lights neighborhood. The trail concludes above the community, requiring guests to descend approximately 100 stairs to reach the townhouse. Ski-out follows the same route in reverse, with guests climbing the stairs to reconnect with the trail and the Lower Olympic run. Ski access is seasonal, generally available from late December through March depending on snow conditions. Whistler Village and the gondolas are about two minutes away by car or taxi.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. The location blends alpine seclusion with unbeatable proximity to dining, shopping, and lifts, making it ideal for those seeking both tranquility and convenience.

Other Things to Note:
• Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.
• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
