All four bedrooms are located on the upper level, offering privacy away from the main living spaces. Each bedroom features air conditioning with individual controls for year-round comfort. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, vaulted ceilings, a TV, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted bathtub and a glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom also features a king bed, vaulted ceilings, a TV, and its own ensuite with a glass shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and TV, while the fourth bedroom includes a twin bunk bed and TV, making it a practical option for children or additional guests. A shared bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower serves the upper level, and an additional bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower is located on the main floor.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the main residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A single-car garage provides parking for one vehicle, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
A tenant resides in the separate basement suite. A quiet long-term tenant lives in the attached basement suite. The garage is partitioned into two sections, with one space reserved for the tenant and one exclusively for guest use. For your privacy, the tenant does not have access to the guest’s side of the garage or the home.
