Inside, the quiet crackle of a wood-burning fireplace sets the tone for relaxed mornings and unhurried evenings after a day outdoors. Whether you return from the slopes or a snowy trail, the home invites you to slow down and settle in.



Living spaces

The main living area is designed for gathering, with generous seating arranged around the fireplace and an entertainment system with surround sound. Natural stone details and exposed log beams echo Whistler’s mountain setting, while large windows frame views across the golf course toward Whistler and Blackcomb. A separate home theatre offers a comfortable spot for movie nights during winter evenings.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals, featuring a Wolf gas range, center island, and ample counter space. The dining table seats eight and sits beside wide windows overlooking the fairway. In colder months, meals tend to linger indoors, with the open layout keeping everyone connected from kitchen to dining area.



Sleeping arrangements

All bedrooms are located on the upper level. The primary suite includes a king bed, fireplace, TV, and private sundeck, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub and steam shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a shower ensuite, while the third includes a king bed with a tub and shower combination. A den provides a bunk bed ideal for children, with limited storage and no window. A powder room is located on the main floor.



Outdoor living

The backyard opens to golf course views and is surrounded by evergreens. The private hot tub remains a favorite year-round, especially after winter days outside. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ are available when conditions allow.



Amenities

Guests have access to in-unit laundry, high-speed Wifi, and a dedicated workspace. Parking is available in the garage and driveway. Bathroom essentials, kitchen, smart lock self check-in, and safety features including smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are provided.

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
