A quiet stretch beside the Nicklaus North golf course sets the tone for days spent between mountain adventures and fireside evenings. After exploring Whistler’s trails and slopes, return to a wrap-around deck where a private hot tub steams beneath wide alpine skies. Inside, exposed log beams and vaulted ceilings create a warm gathering space, while large windows frame views of the surrounding mountains and nearby lake.
Living spaces
This two-level townhome blends natural textures with open-concept design. The main floor offers two comfortable gathering areas - a family room with TV and cable for relaxed movie nights, and a formal living room centered around an indoor fireplace. Vaulted ceilings with exposed log posts and beams add character to the space, while the adjacent dining area seats six and connects easily to the patio. A breakfast bar for three provides an additional casual spot for morning coffee or quick meals.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is designed for shared meals and easy mornings before heading out to explore Whistler. Granite counters, Bosch appliances, and heated slate floors create a functional space for preparing everything from simple breakfasts to group dinners. The nearby dining table and breakfast bar allow everyone to gather comfortably.
The space
Please note that a roofing project will be underway throughout the Goldenwood complex from late March (weather-dependent) through the end of July. During this time, guests may experience intermittent daytime construction activity and noise as contractors complete essential building improvements. Accommodation rates have been adjusted and an additional construction discount is applied at the time of booking to help offset any potential disturbances during your stay.
Sleeping arrangements
This townhome sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms. The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed, indoor fireplace, TV with cable, and a private balcony overlooking the golf course. Its ensuite includes heated floors, a deep-soaking bathtub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. Two additional upstairs bedrooms each offer a double bed and access to the deck where the hot tub is located. Both bedrooms include private ensuites - one with a glass-enclosed shower and the other with heated floors and a bathtub-shower combination. On the main level, the fourth bedroom provides a queen bed, TV, patio access, and an ensuite with heated floors and a glass-enclosed shower. A powder room on the main floor adds extra convenience.
Outdoor living
Step outside to enjoy the quiet setting overlooking the golf course. The patio offers outdoor furniture, a dining area, and a BBQ grill - a comfortable place to gather after a day on the slopes or winter trails. Upstairs, the wrap-around deck holds the private hot tub, offering a relaxing place to unwind while taking in views of Whistler Mountain.

Guests have access to Wifi, a dedicated workspace, TV, indoor fireplace, heating, portable fans, and in-unit washer and dryer. Self check-in is available via smart lock, and luggage dropoff allowed can help with early arrivals or later departures.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive.
Getting Around:
This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. When staying in Nicklaus North we recommend hiring a car for added convenience, with ample pay parking within Whistler Village between $12 - $40 CAD per day depending on the location.
