This comfortable townhouse has easy access ground level entry (6 stairs only) and has been fully remodelled including

newly painted rooms and new carpets, a recently purchased new sofa bed, 50 inch TV, queen mattress for the master bedroom and all new linens. A superb location only 3 minute walk to the Creekside Gondola. Beautifully renovated

Property is in a good location close to the Creekside gondola. However the unit had several issues. The Sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable and thin. The floor in the living room is not flat so the sofa bed is not flat and you sleep on a slant/angle that contributes to a poor sleep quality. The thermostat doesnt work super well so it will turn on and off randomly. It does not hold a steady temp well at all. Overall not a great stay with so many other options that are in way better condition and quality.

Location was fine but the unit itself is a bit run down and could use some updates and repairs. There is no A/C in the unit which would have been fine, but we were not allowed to open the windows. This caused a stuffy interior during night time.

Le code pour la porte et les poubelles ne fonctionnait pas. Le logement avait une odeur de renfermé, les fenêtres étaient cassées et il n’y avait pas de moustiquaire. Une chaise était cassée (je suis tombée sur le sol) et les autres et la table étaient presque cassés. Il n’y avait pas d’oreiller pour le divan lit (les enfants ont dû prendre des coussins du divan pour dormir). Le rack à vaisselle était très sale (substance brune collante). Le tapis dans le salon est sale et les sièges du divan aussi. Nous avons parlé au téléphone et par courriel avec la conciergerie et quelqu’un devait venir réparer la chaise, mais personne n’est venu… Nous avons demandé à avoir deux oreillers pour les enfants, mais nous n’avons pas eu de réponse… Bref, le logement est bien situé, mais l’intérieur est décevant et le service aussi.

The location is great but everything else is not. The unit is old and it isn't well maintained.Check-in time is at. 4 and check out at 10, but even with 6 hours to "prepare" the room for the next guest, the unit doesn't look clean.

The location is great if you want to be away from the hustle bustle of the main village. You can walk to the Creekside gondola. Bring warm clothes for indoors. The heat is not great unless the neighboring condos are occupied. There were dirty linens left in the loft when we arrived and when we called the response was don’t use the loft. Instructions are poor, you will be asked to put all the dishes in a non-existent dishwasher and run it, and to take the trash out before you leave though the trash depository was never found.

Needs improvement but great location

The condo was in a reasonably good area and that is a large reason of why we booked it along with booking late for Christmas there weren’t many great choices for a reasonable price. It was easy to see why the price was cheap. The condo could use updating all around carpets did not look new like was advertised in the listing, the bench in the door was super wobbly and felt like it would collapse under anyone sitting on it, there was not a single extra blanket except for the comforter on the 2 beds which in a cold mountain town seems crazy. The fireplace flu wasn’t very effective and drafted smoke from the fire into the condo. We stopped having fires after noticing that. The trash in the condo was tiny and it was quite a walk to the condominium trash area everyday when we needed to take the trash out again. Listing mentions dishwasher but there was none. Also mentions dryer and there was not a dryer.

Sorry, I don’t like to give bad review but I think it will help the owner at the end First there is a scent of humidity when we opened the door, not funny… We had problems with the windows since there is no AC and it was too hot inside and we needed fresh air. Please change them it will worth it. The door of the cabinet in the bathroom was falling and not closing. The shower need some love. The stools of the kitchen table are at your own risk since some are very shaky. The bed was confortable and a nice area. If you are looking for something « correct » it’s your place !

Great location in whistler.

Overall great stay. Good location. Very clean. Quite small for our group of 3 adults and a teen, but we made it work. The bed was very comfortable, however, the pull out sofa bed was not. Some care and attention to details, such as replacing burned out light bulbs would give the place 5 stars.

The property is generally good for a night or two if the look & feel is not of concern. However, it could use some renovation or better care. The list of issues is not that long, but considerable. The most notable ones are the running water from the bath tap and the heating that worked at some strange times, not when the thermostat was on (triple-checked). Two mornings were pretty cold. Overall, the property was clean, check-in was easy and it's just 2 min walk from the lifts. The parking can be tricky because it's first come, first served.
