'This was one of the best hotels we stayed in on our two week road trip. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was very comfy!'

'Very clean, very good atmosphere. We loved looking around at all the pictures in the lobby. We also loved all the decor in the rooms. Great shower pressure. Firm bed but comfy. We didn't find a hair dryer in our room.'

'Overall it was a pleasant stay. The carpet looked like the vacuum did not go over some areas as there was noticeable crumbs/dirt in one area but otherwise very clean. All hotels should get their pillows wherever Holiday Inn Express&Suites gets theirs. These were flat and lumpy. It is also so much better to have a dispenser with liquid soap at bathroom sink v bar soap. Always enjoy when they give you bottled water, they did not, was not recognized as Hilton Member. 'As a Valued Rewards member. I enjoyed my stay. However the only thing I noticed was the housekeeping accidentally forgot to clean my microwave and the elevators needed a touch up cleaning. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I will return in a couple days'

'Very nice hotel. The staff, breakfast and the toddlers loved the pool. The only thing we found wrong was under the beds was items left from the quest before us. We always check under things to make sure we don’t leave anything.'

'Pros, close to the express way, they accept pets, nice staff. Cons, scary neighborhood, while the room was clean they need to replace furniture, microwave and some fixtures. I only stayed here because of my dog, I won't make that mistake again.'

I booked online and when I got to the property I told them just that the staff tried to charge me again saying I didn’t pay online despite me showing them the receipt and the confirmation number.
