Boasting colour, character and coastal charm, this modern home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms (including an ensuite), large well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious open-plan living area with polished concrete floors.



Enjoy your morning coffee from the espresso machine, or fire up the BBQ after a day at the beach. There's plenty of board games, books, boogie boards and beach toys provided to keep everyone entertained.



The internal-access garage is available for storing beach gear, bikes and holiday essentials, although it is not suitable for parking a vehicle.



The home features WiFi, Smart TV, SKY (all channels including sports) and surround-sound.

Parking: 2-3 x off street parking spaces, including boat parking. There is no room to park in the garage.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
