Love this amazing retreat! We have stayed twice now, and our whole family loves it. The layout works for a big family, it is convenient to Dollar General for a quick supply run, and you can't beat staying right on the water.

We loved it. It was perfect for our sister in law reunionOnly thing I heard mentioned was the that bathroom floors were extremely slippery. Maybe needs bigger or mare floor rugs. Other than that we had a wonderful time.

Lovely home and beautiful view

Our family and friends spent Memorial Day weekend together. We enjoyed boating and eating way too much. There were two kayaks that some young adults in our group enjoyed morning outings before the boats were real active.The house is very nice and was great for all of us to be together. I was glad there were not too many tvs so the kids had to spend time with us when it was raining.The steps are a real challenge. Make sure you can go up and down 4-5 flights of stairs if you stay. I did not spend as much time at the water due to the steps and snakes we saw around the dock. We did not swim off the dock at all. The parking is tight if you have a lot of people in different vehicles. The host was great trying to help us figure out where to put our boat trailers.

Granny's Funeral Trip

Our family traveled from Ohio for my mother's funeral. My husband and I grew up in this area (Titus). The location was great. We have a large family (11 adults, 4 teens, 4 toddlers) so this place was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The funeral was on our first day so we had the weekend to enjoy sitting on the deck enjoying the gorgeous view and swimming and kayaking in the lake. A terrific place to stay while we showed our grandkids all the sites of Titus!

Birthday Stay

We enjoyed the home. The stairs made us nervous but the house is beautiful! Would not suggest this home for anyone that has a physical disability. The pictures showed the true house. Every and anything we wanted or needed were there in the home. We will stay again if we are ever in the area. We could not stop talking about how beautiful and comfortable the home was.

Beautiful Home, Lovely Lake Days

I have a large family and we all try to get together for a summer lake trip. This home had plenty of room to spread out. It was so cool having the downstairs living area so the night owls could play games without disturbing the people sleeping upstairs. The kitchen was plenty roomy to cook in, and the outside areas were lovely. The lake was beautiful and pretty quiet, we had so much fun swimming at the dock, using the kayaks, and our own paddleboards . There were groceries and gas less than 5 minutes away. The only thing to note is the bathroom layout. It's less than ideal. Th only bathroom not connected to a bedroom is the half bath on the main floor. The basement bathroom is jack-and-jill-esque, connecting to two bedrooms, and also the living room. So if someone in one of the bedrooms went into the bathroom from their room, and locked the main door, then went back into their room, everyone else was now locked out of the bathroom. But that was a small inconvenience and well worth the trade off.
