I called ahead of time about having a pet after I drove three hours they argued with me about bringing my pet and once I was allowed to pet the manager I was still charged an extra 160 dollars. « The staff was nice. The hotel has thin walls. I could hear conversations in the parking lot and the waffle timer beeping. My room was next to the lobby. But there were no cups for making waffles; and when I went to make one they didn’t have enough batter. The TV did not work. Did not use the AC and have no pets. The traffic noise was dreadful. »
