When the tide is low, enjoy exploring the large sandbar where you can find treasures on the ocean floor or indulge in fresh seafood at the nearby Snack Shack offering the best areas Lobster Rolls and Pulled-Pork Sandwiches.This beachside haven is more than just a vacation rental; it's a chance to reconnect with nature, unwind with loved ones, and create memories that will last a lifetime. Guest access
As our guest you have access to the entire home, deck, driveway, private road and private beach. Shed filled with beach gear like chairs, coolers, umbrellas, games and more! Please note the beach is shared by neighboring homes.



Other things to note
1. The town does not allow open fires/bonfires on the property or the beach.
2. The name and contact number of adult guests are required upon booking. The primary guest will be asked to provide a state issued photo ID.
3. Grilling: BBQ grilling is NOT allowed at this home. Beach life is awesome but the winds can complicate life’s treasures like grilling some good food. To prevent the possibility of a fire we have implemented this rule.
4. Included: Exclusive use of the home, contents, bed linens, beach towels, bath towels and personal paper products provided. Should any paper products run out, it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase any for personal use.
