'Everyone was super friendly, the hotel was clean and as usual, we loved the games and pool table in the lobby area'

'Each of the staff members with whom i interacted was very helpful and professional. The carpet was very wet in first room that I was assigned. I contacted the front desk and Angela apologized and immediately assigned another room with an upgrade. Apparently the carpet had been cleaned in the first room and it had not been designated as out of service in the system. The room was clean, quiet and in excellent condition and there was a good variety of hot and cold foods for breakfast. Overall...
