'Poor quality amenities. Would not recommend this hotel.'

'Great location in the heart of Stratford. Good sized room for 2 travelers. Room is updated and comfortable. Walls are very thin and can hear guests in adjoining rooms. The air conditioning is very loud and can sound like a vacuum off and on throughout the night.'

'Great stay at The Parlour Inn in Stratford ON. The room was large and clean with comfortable beds. Location was close to downtown and an easy walk to the theatre.'

'Hosts are so helpful, knowledgeable, flexible. Quick drive to town and theatres. Breakfast was delicious, presented beautifully, and plentiful. The hosts packed part of my breakfast for early departure the last day.'

'Trying to sit at the bar was a bad experience and the bar staff were rude after we asked to be served when we were their for a half hour and they were right in front of us for all that time. They were too busy and they would get to us. Really. So we walked out and bought a nice bottle of wine from LCBO and ordered in a Pizza'

'Only stayed there for one night, but absolutely loved it. Would deffinitely stay here again!'

'De kamers zijn mooi, groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik heb er heerlijk geslapen. Helaas is er geen lift en draadloos internet is er erg traag.'

'Everything was lovely'

'Checkin proces without a physical reception is cumbersome and not clear. Many messages are to be interchanged and upon the notification that check-in authorization would be disclosed 48 hours in advance, only on the arrival day itself at 3 PM an email was sent. In addition, we have been charged twice for the parking lot, whereas it was made clear we brought one car while having booked two rooms.'

'Quiet, clean, nice priced place'

'There were flying and crawling insects in the room.'

'Easy access'

'Beautiful room, comfy bed, nice bathroom and a lovely breakfast included. Easy walk to the small downtown for a bite to eat.'

'Goede locatie perfect hotel prijs kwaliteit al weer voor volgende trip geboekt'

'Very clean room. Very peaceful location'

'Clean room and property. Staff were helpful and courteous. Parking was great. The only thing I would have liked was an in room coffee maker although there was free coffee available in the lobby 24 hours a day.'
