We want to make your stay as simple and flexible as possible. A $500 security deposit is required as the standard option and is fully refundable after your stay, provided there are no damages or issues.

Prefer to skip the security deposit? No problem! You can choose our one-time $59 Damage Waiver instead, and the $500 security deposit will be waived.

Your choice: Pay the refundable $500 security deposit or enjoy the convenience of a one-time $59 Damage Waiver. Either way, you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your stay! 🏡✨

PETS: Furry friends are welcome with an additional fee of $25 per stay. In order to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests we allow responsible dog owners to bring WELL BEHAVED dogs (up to 2) during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each stay. Please crate your pet if you are leaving them alone in the property to avoid damages. Pets must be on a leash at all times while outside at the property.

FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITIES: We strive to keep our home fresh and inviting using natural cleaners like Mrs. Meyer's and vinegar as well as fragrance- and dye-free laundry detergent for those with sensitivities. We use a natural plug-in scent product called Drift, but if you prefer a scent-free environment, please request plug-in removal before your stay.
We also provide bathroom spray and dryer sheets for guests who enjoy scents.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note, we do have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and because we care for our property deeply.
