Enjoy treetop views from two levels of porches, a luxurious hot tub, and a cozy fire pit. With 3 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen), a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated workspace, it`s the perfect getaway to relax and reconnect in the Blue Ridge mountains. Your furry friend is welcome too!

Lovingly restored with a rustic-modern aesthetic, our bright and welcoming home offers treetop views and spacious living across two levels, designed for you to relax and reconnect.

*Please be aware that our neighborhood bridge is currently under construction, so the alternate back route to the house is the sole access. You will need a vehicle with higher clearance to reach the house. Feel free to reach out with any questions!*

**We are pet friendly, but we have a two dog maximum unless approved by host. There is a $150 pet fee that will be verified in your reservation.**

Main Level (Zero-Step Entry):

-Relax in the open-plan living area, complete with a cozy wood stove and an HDTV with streaming services.
-Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances, a breakfast bar, and a drip coffee maker.
-Retreat to the primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double-sink vanity.
-Enjoy the treetop views from the upper deck, which includes a porch swing, comfortable seating, and an outdoor dining area.
-A small, dedicated work area with a desk is also available for your convenience.

Lower Level:

-Unwind in the second seating area, which includes a wet bar for evening cocktails.
-This level features two additional bedrooms: one with a king bed and another with a queen bed.
-A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a double-sink vanity serves this floor.

Outdoor Living & Amenities:

-The heart of the home is the double porches. The lower patio features a luxurious hot tub, a hanging daybed, and comfortable loungers.
-Use the outdoor grill for a delicious cookout with your people.
-Gather around the fire pit in the evening for stories and s`mores.

For your convenience, we provide a washer and dryer, a Pack `n Play for little ones, and a selection of board games for family fun.

Supplies we provide: Linens, ground coffee, filters, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, oil, salt & pepper, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher pods

Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, including both levels of the house, the double porches, hot tub, and fire pit area. You are not sharing any part of the property with others.

Check-in is seamless, private, and at your convenience. An access code for the lockbox will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival for self-check-in anytime after 4:00 PM.

The property features a zero-step entry to the main level. The lower level and patio area are also accessible with no steps by parking at the back of the home and entering through the back door.

Host interaction:

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their mountain getaway. We will not be present during your stay, allowing you to relax and feel at home.

However, we are always available and just a message or phone call away should you need anything at all, Your comfort is our top priority.

Additional Notes:

-This home is pet-friendly! We are happy to welcome the whole family.
-The fireplace located in the downstairs king bedroom is decorative only and is not available for guest use.
-For families with young children, a Pack `n Play is available for your use.
