'I had a package delivered to the resort so I would get it in time for a trip. When I was checking in, the front desk person che led me in, got my package, arranged parking and a shuttle for the next day. And then organized a wake up call and lent me some scissors so I could get into my parcel. Super helpful and very polite all while smiling and carrying on a conversation.'
