Welcome to the Monomoy Retreat! Park your car in the driveway and be prepared to relax in the quiet and private neighborhood. Enter into a sunroom with a sitting area and sliders to the front of the home. Enjoy your favorite libation while playing a game of cards at the cafe table. To the right of the sunroom is the private Master Bedroom (Bedroom #1) with a King bed and an en suite full bathroom with a tub/shower. Lots of room to spread out and a nice, big bed to sink into and get a good nights rest.

On the other side of the sunroom you will enjoy open concept living with a chef's kitchen with all new appliances, large center island, dining area, and living room. The wood floors have all been refinished and there is fresh paint throughout, the home has been renovated from top to bottom! The living area offers a flat screen TV, WiFi, and comfy seating. On the other side of the living area there is the front door entry that brings you to another small sitting area that offers another flat screen TV, perfect for the kid's enjoyment.

Continue on down the hallway to the 2 other bedrooms and bathroom #2. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. The full bathroom #2 has a tub/shower.

The washer/dryer is located in the basement for your convenience.

The home has dish / satellite and gets NESN for the Red Sox and the golf Channel as well!

Outside is a landscaped yard, great for the kids to run around and play, a fire-pit and an outdoor shower (fully enclosed with hot and cold water). The beaches and bike trail are just a short distance away and both West Harwich and downtown Dennisport are less than a half mile walk!
