The carriage house adds even more flexibility, with 1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchenette, living and dining space, and a finished lower-level game room.

There is a pullout sofa in each living area, allowing the property to accommodate up to 10 guests total. If you plan to use one of the pullout sofas, please discuss this with your booking agent prior to arrival.
Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Seven-night minimum rentals, Saturday to Saturday only, are required during peak season. Four-night minimum rentals are available during the shoulder season, with check-in and check-out permitted any day. The pool is open and heated from 5/16/26 to 9/26/26. No pets, please. All linens and towels are provided.
All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $150 to $250 fee, which includes an administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.
