"the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were nice and large with nice beds. staff was disinterested, breakfast for $18 was nothing and was cold, no yogurt or fruit. 3 days in a hotel and no care in the room, trash can not emptied, bed not made and no towel change. "

"Sadly, we had some issues with our stay. The room was very nice, but the staff was often not available at the front desk and lots of facilities were not available. The pool was being renovated. The fitness room was very limited (only 2 machines). The laundry services had been broken for multiple weeks and had not been fixed. Additionally, the surrounding area was not nice. Many stray dogs and closed stores. One thing which was very good was the buffet breakfast. Lots of choice and very tasty. It did only start at 7am though, which is not handy if you want to get started early at Glacier NP. The hotel is kind of close to the park, but it is still a rather long drive. In summary, it was definitely not worth the price we paid for the hotel."
