« We have traveled extensively, and this was by far one of our favorite locations. The house is exactly as pictured. In fact , the house and view are even better in person. « We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Great House Villa. The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The view is breathtaking and unbeatable. The caretaker, Saga, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone in town knows and loves him! Follow the owner’s advice and rent a car to make trips to and from Great Harbor seem less. I hope we will return soon. »

« Great stay from start to the end! Great location and unbeatable view. Easy access to Brewers bay and Cane Garden bay. The House was very clean and well maintained which is tough in a tropical environment. The host Tom met us in Road Town and guided us to the house, which was much appreciated! We had no issues or concerns during our stay, I highly recommend Villa Matija! »

« The view is spectacular. The accommodations for two people are superior, the location allows easy access to local restaurants, and has a parking space for one car for the loft villa. Very nice amenities, including beach chairs, a cooler, and beach umbrella are much appreciated. Kitchen is well appointed for a four burner cooktop. Comfortable sleeping, and efficient air conditioning adds to the experience. We will definitely stay here again! »

« We spent a week at Solaria in May 2025 and had a fantastic experience. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. The bedrooms are all separated, providing tons of privacy.
