'Prima comfortabel hotel'

'Location right on the waterfront was great. I highly recommend Bluefin Cottage. It would have been helpful if someone showed us how to use the propane fire site on the patio.'

'Love the location and beautiful lakeside views. The breakfast is also wonderful. Parking was a bit challenging but staff were outside in the evening to assist everyone.'

'The room was massive, even bigger than the picture made us think. Great waterpressure in the shower and nice beds. The location is near several highways and it offers easy access to both the city as wel as Peggy's Cove. Nice pool and good breakfast as well. Only downside was that housekeeping on our floor was only at the end of the afternoon (around 4 pm) which can be a bit late when traveling with a young child.'

'Nette schone kamer, prima ontbijt en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ondanks de renovatie hebben we de gehele week een prima verblijf gehad. Absolute aanrader.'

'Het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam. De kamer is oud. De verroeste verwarmingsstrips laten los. Het was koud want in het “season” is de verwarming uitgeschakeld. Het bed was prima en ook de douche was heerlijk. Het’ bureau’ is een kastje waar de deur is uitgehaald en er is weinig verlichting Wel lekker dicht bij de bushalte ( 2’ lopen)'

'Keurig hotel, ontbijt was minimaal'

'I booked this room to escape the grief at home of my passed kitten. I stayed in the penthouse and it was initially nice and spacious, and the host was polite but the lack of oversight with small details turned me off. Here are a few small issues I’ve come across. The ring around the shower handle came off in the tub multiple times and was dirty, the patio doors would not open easily and there was a lack of cleaning of the tub. The main issue with my stay was caused by the building itself....

'Staff were great.'

'The house was very clean and tidy, and the stay was extremely comfortable.'

'Instructions were to park car and follow signs to Hotel. After check in we were refused a use of a cart to get luggage. Told we should have pulled into front of hotel checked in then parked. Was disappointed that we were refused help with luggage'
